Welcome to Triple Sparks. By accessing or using our Christian dating platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Triple Sparks may offer premarital counselling sessions as part of our Service. These sessions are designed to support couples in building strong, faith-based relationships. By participating in counselling services, you acknowledge that:

• Counselling services are provided for informational and educational purposes
• Counsellors are not licensed therapists unless otherwise stated
• Sessions do not constitute professional psychological or medical advice
• You should seek professional help for serious relationship or mental health concerns

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

Your safety is important to us. We encourage you to:

• Never share personal information like your address or financial details with other users
• Meet in public places for initial meetings with people you've connected with
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately
• Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service
• Warranties regarding the conduct of other users or their compatibility with you

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLE SPARKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
