We are committed to building a community of genuine seekers. By verifying your identity, we ensure that every profile belongs to a real person. This eliminates "catfishing," protects our members from scammers, and ensures that when you start a conversation, it is based on truth.
Never. Your ID is used solely for internal verification. Once your identity is confirmed, the document is securely encrypted and moved to an offline server. Other members will only see a "Verified Spark" Badge on your profile.
We use a "Privacy-First" location model. We do not show your exact street or home address. We only display your City and Region (e.g., East Legon, Accra or London, UK). You have full control over your location settings and can choose to hide your distance at any time.
Triple Sparks has a Zero Tolerance Policy for solicitation. Even if someone has a "Verified" badge, they should never ask you for financial assistance, "emergency" funds, or business investments. Stop communication immediately and use the "Report User" button. Our team investigates all reports within 24 hours.
Yes. You have full control over your connections. If you feel uncomfortable or simply realize you are not a match, you can "Unmatch" or "Block" a profile. This prevents them from seeing your profile or contacting you again.
We use Screenshot Protection on our mobile app to prevent others from saving your photos without permission. Additionally, we encourage members to use our "Watermarked" photo feature, which adds a subtle Triple Sparks logo to your images, making them harder to use for fake profiles elsewhere.
We recommend following Dr. Fred Brako's "Safety in Fellowship" rules: • Keep it on the App: Stay within our secure chat until you have built a foundation of trust. • Public Meetings: Always meet in a well-lit, public place for your first few dates. • Inform a Prayer Partner: Let a trusted friend or mentor know where you are going and who you are meeting.
To comply with international data laws (like GDPR and the Ghana Data Protection Act), we use secure, global cloud servers with end-to-end encryption. Your spiritual journey is private, and we keep it that way.
