Contact Us
We aim to respond to every message within 2 business days. Please include the email address on your Triple Sparks account so we can find you quickly.
- General help: support@tripplesparks.com
- Safety concerns and urgent reports: safety@tripplesparks.com
- Privacy and data requests: privacy@tripplesparks.com
You can also reach us from inside the app: open Settings → Send Feedback.
Reporting someone
If another member makes you uncomfortable, you can report or block them at any time. Nothing you report is shared with the other person, and they are not told that you reported them.
- From a profile: tap the menu on their profile, then Report profile or Block.
- From a chat: tap the menu in the top-right of the conversation, then Report or Block.
- From a post or comment: tap the menu on the post or comment, then Report.
Blocking someone immediately hides them from your discovery feed, removes them from your matches, and closes any conversation between you. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
To see or undo your blocks, go to Profile → Blocked users.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first, then email us at safety@tripplesparks.com.
Account and sign-in
I cannot sign in
Triple Sparks uses a one-time code sent to your email, or sign-in with Google or Apple. If your code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you are using the same email you signed up with. Codes expire after a short time, so request a fresh one if needed.
I signed up with Google or Apple and lost access
Your Triple Sparks account is tied to the email address from that provider. Restore access to that account with Google or Apple first, then sign in again.
Can I change my date of birth?
No. Your date of birth is set once during onboarding and cannot be changed afterwards, because age is central to how matching and our 18+ requirement work. If you entered it incorrectly, email support@tripplesparks.com.
Deleting my account
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app at Profile → Edit → Delete account, or request deletion from our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Profile and photos
My photo was rejected
Every uploaded photo is automatically screened before it goes live. Photos are rejected if they contain nudity or sexual content, violence, hate symbols, drugs, or if no clear face is detected in your main profile photo. Upload a clear, recent photo of yourself with your face visible.
Why do you need a face in my profile photo?
A visible face helps other members know they are talking to a real person and makes impersonation far harder. We check only whether a face is present; we do not use facial recognition to identify you.
Editing my profile
Go to Profile → Edit to update your photos, bio, church, denomination, and preferences at any time.
Matching and messaging
I am not seeing many matches
Widen your match preferences (age range and location) under Profile → Edit, and complete your profile. Fuller profiles with several photos and a written bio are shown to more people.
A conversation disappeared
Conversations close when either person blocks the other, or when an account is deleted or removed by our moderation team.
Notifications are not arriving
Check Settings → Permissions inside the app, and confirm notifications are enabled for Triple Sparks in your device settings.
Credits and premium
Premium access is currently earned, not purchased. You collect credits by completing in-app activities such as Spin the Wheel and This or That, and redeem them for premium features. Triple Sparks does not charge you for anything inside the app today.
Go to Profile → Credits to see your balance and how to earn more.
Still need help? Email support@tripplesparks.com and tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which device you are using. That detail helps us resolve things on the first reply.
